Citycode Trust & Investment Limited was incorporated on September 21st 1990 to carry on business as Financial Adviser, Stockbrokers and Portfolio Managers. The company commenced business immediately and has grown steadily from then to become a strong player in the financial sub-sector of the Nigerian economy.

Over 35 years we've navigated economic cycles, regulatory reforms, and technological transformations — maintaining an unblemished compliance record with the Securities & Exchange Commission and the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX). The company presently has an Authorized and Issued Share Capital of ₦1.2 billion, fully paid.

Mrs. Mudashiru studied Accountancy at Central State University, Wilberforce, Ohio, USA. She was a management staff of National Oil and Gas Chemical Plc for several years. She presently sits on the board of Pavillion Developers Limited, where she acquired wide knowledge in maritime and petroleum activities, and is also a board member of Mombuk Nig. Ltd, overseeing all its international trade (Import & Export).

Managing Director

Ebilate Mac-Yoroki holds a degree in Accountancy from the University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt (1984) and a Master in Strategic Management (2000) from Ogun State University. An accomplished stockbroker, he has been a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (FCS) since 1991 and an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (ANIM). An alumnus of Harvard Business School, Boston, USA, he completed a program on Driving Corporate Performance, and at Fannie Mae specialized in the securitization of housing finance. He has deep expertise in stockbroking, public offers, private placement, privatization of companies, corporate financing, mortgage banking, and maritime and petroleum activities.

Magdalene is a graduate of Economics from the University of Port Harcourt and an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (ANIM). She is certified by the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (Marketing) and has vast knowledge in stockbroking.

Executive Director

Mrs. Cecilia Omobola Egharevba holds a B.A. and M.Sc. in Rural Economics and Cooperation from AGRA University, India (1987 and 1989 respectively). She began her career with Lagos State Cooperative Finance and Investment Limited (1991–1992). At Citycode Trust & Investment Limited she has built vast experience across both the money and capital markets and presently serves as Executive Director. Her magnanimity and managerial skills also earned her an appointment as a board member, in the capacity of Executive Director, of Pavilion Developers.

Adebisi Adeniji

Barrister Adebisi A. Adeniji holds an LL.B (Hons) in Law from the University of Ife (1985) and was called to the Nigerian Bar (BL) from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos in 1986. He worked with the Nigerian Institute of Management as Assistant Manager, Secretariat (1986–1988), as counsel for Femi Osundahunsi & Co. (1988–1990) and G.O. Sodipo & Co. (1990–1993), and as Coordinator, Legal Services with the former Concord Press of Nigeria Limited (1996–2001). He is a distinguished member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.

Chief Operating Officer

John brings over twenty years of investment banking experience covering Nigerian corporates across Consumer/Industrial goods, Financial Institutions, Oil & Gas, Conglomerates, Media, Telecoms and the Public Sector, having also served as a Senior Accountant with Exxon Mobil and Vmobile (now Airtel Nigeria). He advises corporate clients on M&A, corporate restructuring, equity & debt financing and MBOs, and has been involved in landmark big-ticket and cross-border capital market transactions. He holds an MBA in Finance & Banking from the University of Port Harcourt and an HND in Accounting from Benue Polytechnic. He is a Fellow of ICAN, a Fellow of the CIS, an Associate of CITN, the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria and the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), and a CAIA candidate. An ICAN and CIS prize winner and overall best graduating student (1991/92, Benue Polytechnic Ugbokolo), he is an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Exchange Limited.

Karina Mac-Yoroki is a multi-disciplinary capital market professional and an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Exchange Limited, known for data-driven trade execution and financial intelligence. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) and a licensed Commodities Trader on the Lagos Commodities and Futures Exchange (LCFE). Building on a STEM foundation — a degree in Physics with Electronics from Crawford University (2012) and an internship at NNPC-NAPIMS (2011) — he joined City Code Trust & Investment in 2014 as an IT Officer, mastering electronic trading infrastructure and digital market feeds. He moved into Internal Audit in 2018, designing control frameworks and mastering SEC, NGX and NFIU compliance, and since obtaining his CIS charter in 2021 has served on the trading floor as an Authorized Dealing Clerk from 2022, executing high-value equity mandates.

Mr. Oluniyi Abiodun Ajao studied Accountancy at The Polytechnic, Ibadan, where he obtained an HND (1998), and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He joined CityCode Trust & Investment Company Limited as a Branch Accountant in 2000 and, as a seasoned accountant, rose through the ranks to become Group Accountant of the Citycode Group. He gained considerable practical banking experience as an Industrial Attaché with United Bank for Africa Plc and has carved a niche for himself across several areas of endeavour.

Ebimietei Twonzouwei joined the City Code team in August 2001, bringing over 20 years of institutional loyalty and deep operational expertise. She holds an O.N.D. in Computer Science and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Lagos State University. Across her two-decade tenure she has steered several core pillars of the organization — working closely with executive leadership while driving internal strategy and infrastructure. As Head, Operations, her background spans administrative oversight, technical stewardship and cross-departmental coordination, enabling her to optimize staff workflows and elevate client satisfaction for sustained operational excellence.
